At Milano's Ristorante we're always evolving to bring you seasonal ingredients, classic Italian techniques, and balanced flavors crafted for everyday dining and special occasions. Our kitchen team has developed several new additions and a few refreshed favorites designed to showcase produce at peak freshness and thoughtful pairings that elevate every bite.
What's New on the Menu
Spring Vegetable Risotto Creamy arborio rice slowly cooked with vegetable stock, blistered asparagus, sweet peas, shaved pecorino, and a touch of lemon zest. Finished with a drizzle of herb oil for brightness. Vegetarian; can be made gluten-free.
Porcini-Braised Short Rib Slow-braised short rib with rehydrated porcini mushrooms, red wine reduction, roasted root vegetables, and creamy polenta. Rich and comforting, ideal for cooler evenings.
Citrus Herb Branzino Whole branzino roasted with lemon, orange, and a fennel-herb rub. Served with sautéed spinach and fingerling potatoes tossed in garlic and parsley. Light, fragrant, and naturally low in fat.
Burrata & Roasted Cherry Tomatoes Silky burrata paired with oven-roasted cherry tomatoes, balsamic glaze, fresh basil, and grilled ciabatta. A bright starter meant for sharing.
Tagliatelle al Limone Fresh tagliatelle tossed in a lemon-cream sauce with toasted pine nuts, pecorino, and seasonal microgreens. Delicate and refreshing; also available with grilled chicken or sautéed shrimp.
Cocktails and Wines to Complement
Our beverage program has a few new features to match menu updates:
Milano Citrus Spritz A crisp aperitivo with citrus-forward notes to pair with seafood and lighter starters.
Barrel-Aged Negroni A deeper, smoother take on a classic for those who prefer bolder flavors alongside red-sauce dishes or braised meats.
Seasonal Wine Flights Curated by the sommelier to highlight lighter whites and medium-bodied reds that match the spring produce and richer mains like the short rib.
Dietary Notes and Customization
We aim to accommodate common dietary needs. Many dishes can be modified to be gluten-free, vegetarian, or lighter on dairy. Please let your server know about allergies or restrictions and our kitchen will do its best to adapt items safely.
Why These Changes
Our menu updates come from direct feedback and a focus on ingredients that are in season and sourced responsibly. We strive to balance comfort with innovation, creating dishes that feel both familiar and new. The goal is consistent: deliver memorable, flavorful meals that invite return visits.
